Terms and Conditions
This Refer a Merchant Scheme is available to current merchants of First Data Merchant Solutions Pte Ltd (Fiserv) that are incorporated or resident in Singapore, and that refer a new merchant to Fiserv on or before 30 July 2021. In exchange for such referral, Fiserv will pay each such current merchant a Reward for every new merchant successfully referred.
By passing on the contact details of the prospective new merchant to Fiserv, the current merchant confirms they have been granted express permission by the prospective new merchant to do so. Please note we cannot guarantee security of messages sent by e-mail. Personal information will be used to contact the prospective new merchant, and in accordance with Fiserv Inc’s Privacy Notice, which may be found on the Fiserv Inc website.
In order for the current merchant to be eligible for the Reward, the prospective new merchant must be referred to Fiserv on or before 30 July 2021. If Fiserv’s services to the current merchant or the prospective new merchant are terminated before this date, the Reward shall not be payable.
Provided all of these rules are met, the current merchant will receive a Reward in the amount of S$200 for each new merchant referred, which will be provided to the current merchant’s account with Fiserv on 1 November 2021 on the conditions that the new merchant: 1) signs Fiserv’s standard merchant terms and conditions and is subject to its standard account opening procedures and 2) processes at least one card transaction using Fiserv’s card services within 30 days of Fiserv enabling the processing of card transactions by the new merchant.
Fiserv may suspend, revoke or amend the Refer a Merchant scheme at any time for any reason. The offer is non-transferable. The rules of the scheme may be changed without notice and at the sole discretion of Fiserv.
This program cannot be combined with any other promotional or referral offer.
