The Merchant Agreement is a binding agreement which consists of (a) the Collection Statement, (b) the General Terms, (c) the signed Merchant Application Form (if any), and (d) the RAM Terms of Use. The Payments Acceptance Guide is not part of the Merchant Agreement, but serves as a guide for merchants in complying with the Merchant Agreement.
