Media Policy

First Data grants permission to media entities and journalists only to use the Media Center Materials for editorial and news purposes in newspapers, periodicals and electronic and broadcast media related to First Data or its products and services. The permission granted herein cannot be transferred, sublicensed or assigned. A credit line stating “Courtesy of First Data” must appear next to any photographs or images from the Media Center Materials.

No other use of the Media Center Materials is permitted and no other persons or entities are authorized to use the Media Center Materials or other content on the firstdata.com site, including use in connection with the advertisement, promotion or sale of any products or services, unless prior written approval is obtained from First Data.

The Media Center Materials may not be altered or modified in any way. By using the Media Center Materials, the authorized media entities agree to comply with all restrictions, conditions and requirements set forth herein or provided by First Data separately. The permission granted herein may be revoked by First Data at any time without cause and upon providing notice of revocation to the user.

The Media Center Materials are provided “as is” and without any warranties of any kind either express or implied or statutory. First Data will have no liability whatsoever for your use of the Media Center Materials.

Your use of the Media Center Materials constitutes your acceptance of this Media Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not copy, download or use any of the Media Center Materials.
